J B Holeman is the CEO of Oversight Inc. Oversight is a web based company that offers a series of confirmation and accountability solutions that record the actions and observations of mobile workers. Oversight Inc has been in operation for over 15 years.

The first solution recorded the actions and observations of security guards. It was called GuardChecker. Over the years it has evolved to one of the most technologically advanced, comprehensive solutions on the market today. It has continued to add features, such as time and attendance, immediate Alerts (text or email), crew performance, etc.

Since security guards are just one category of mobile workers, Oversight began its to offer its services to other types of mobile workers, such as in-home caregivers, farm workers, off site mobile service workers.

ServiceChecker has evolved as another Oversight solution. It uses the same web based platform, and thus can be easily integrated with any of the other existing solutions using the very smart devices.
